We were so nervous to be working with a pro on our search for a house, but Cat was PERFECT. Her knowledge of all the neighborhoods in Philadelphia as well as her ability to negotiate with other realtors in order to make sure all of our needs were met was top notch. I couldn't suggest a better realtor in the area.

Cat helped us narrow down which neighborhoods might be best for us and then took us on a tour of over 20 properties through two weeks time, making sure we foudn exactly what we were looking for. It was awesome working with Cat. She guided us through the entire rental process beginning to end... super responsive and easy to work with. She made us feel at ease and we could communicate honestly about what we did/didn't like about rentals. She probably looked at 60+ listings for us and asked for our feedback to hone our search. She structured/booked an entire day's tour that made sense, even though she was dealing with a family emergency at the time she still prioritized us. She guided us through a very tricky application for an individually owned apartment with a separate listing agent who was incredibly rude and difficult to work with, and the apartment had a lot of weird requirements like an up-front $3500 deposit before even seeing a lease draft, but she handled the entire thing with grace and advocated for us daily, getting us answers to all of our questions. A pleasure to work with and our new go-to for any/all home/rental needs in Philly. We were referred to Ian when we moved out to Philly. Market circumstances were very challenging in a primarily seller's dominated cycle. Ian and his team were very supportive, available, and patient. We must've seen over 60 homes in the greater Philly area, we mostly were always running late, and Ian and his team were always flexible and super enjoyable. After a few offers, Ian was able to secure us exactly the deal we were looking for! Cecilia did an excellent job she was on top of everything and helped us a lot. We were very busy with our jobs and we trusted Cecilia with finding a place for us that met our needs and she was really helpful sending us places and also she was there when we had questions to help us.
