Ian Perler, Mr. Philly Real Estate, has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Ian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Central Connecticut State University. He spent a large amount of his youth in Connecticut and New York. After establishing himself as a top real estate agent in New York City, Ian relocated to Philadelphia to be closer to his family.
Growing up in the family real estate business, Ian knows what it takes to buy and sell a home in any market. As a teenager, he would knock on doors for his mother’s target market to hand out flyers of her listings. While times have changed with the use of the internet, he understands the hard work and commitment it takes to sell any home. Cecilia Snyder has been an enthusiastic real estate agent since 2014. Cecilia serves each client with a professional, creative, and dedicated attitude. Cecilia is a native South Jersey Girl and Philadelphia has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. She moved to Philadelphia in 2006 to attend college and has been in love with living in this city ever since. She loves the growth and development that her favorite neighborhoods have undergone over the years. To Cecilia, there’s just something about Philadelphia that makes you love it.
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Cecilia graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Cecilia is a proud cat-lady and animal lover. She is an avid reader, amateur chef, classic movie buff, and will never turn down an invitation to a good wine tasting! She loves trying new restaurants in Philadelphia and is a Walnut Street Theater subscriber. Cecilia currently lives in South Philly with her husband Christopher and their daughters Catherine and Charlotte.

Originally hailing from South Jersey, Cat’s roots in the area run deep. Her passion for music and education led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance at The University of the Arts, nestled on the iconic South Broad Street. Unfazed by challenges, Cat continued her academics at the same institution, culminating in the achievement of a Masters in Music Education.
Cat’s career has been a symphony of diverse experiences. Her initial chapters were marked by her roles as an educator in the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, NJ School Districts, where she orchestrated a harmonious learning environment for her students. A subsequent pivot to the world of B2B sales showcased her adaptability and tenacity, as she navigated the corporate landscape. Now a full time real estate agent, she loves showing her clients her favorites spots throughout the city and helping them navigate the challenging real estate market.
When Cat’s not out working with her clients, she is spending time with her dog and two cats. Her favorite thing to do is anything social, she loves being around people and enjoying her community.
